BOTH our 8U 90lb and 12U 120lb Teams not only brought home ANOTHER Championship, both teams
went UNDEFEATED...that's right...not a typo...11-0!!  Between the two teams...they have lost ONE GAME in the past 3 SEASONS

The 2023 Season was a great one for the Purple Eagles.  Our youngest kids did something no other BPE player has done...compete on the first ever BPE FLAG FOOTBALL TEAM!!  Kids aged 4-6 competed against other teams under the WJYFL umbrella and started what we all hope are long careers wearing our proud colors.  For the 2024 year, there is a change though, as much as the kids enjoyed this experience, we are BRINGING BACK THE PADS FOR OUR 6U KIDS!!!  The 6U 65lb division will be suiting up and playing against other teams around the area once again.  The last time the 6U division took the field in 2022 they went undefeated during the regular season and had to look outside of the WJYFL for a formidable opponent to test out kids....and they STILL came out VICTORIOUS!!  Let's hope we can pick right back up again with those winning ways.

Our 10U teams was in a division packed full of talented teams, and still were a viable playoff team, while competing in games deep into the month of November's playoff season.  Our 10U team was led by a group of kids who showed that even during a season of fierce competition, joining together as a team is what makes playing the game so fun.  While the 14U fell short by one game of the playoff race, they played a great season prior to many of them moving on to highschool football careers.  This team had anywhere from 12-13 kids at any given time, so to say they stepped up in the face of adversity is an understatement.
