2024 Bellmawr Purple Eagles Cheerleading

The goal of Bellmawr Purple Eagles Cheer is to promote the sport of cheerleading in an encouraging, safe, and fun environment.

Here at Bellmawr Purple Eagles Cheerleading, we pride ourselves on being a family and keeping cheerleading affordable so that everyone is able to experience the amazing community that we have!

We are a Competitive Recreational Cheer Program that serves a wide age range, and accepts children from any town in the area. We have teams to accommodate cheerleaders as young as 3 and all the way through their high school years. We currently have teams that are levels 1 -3.

BPE Cheer offers in house tumbling clinics before the season begins and tumbling throughout the season. Tumbling during the season is included in our low, monthly cost and is available for all experience levels. This allows our program to give new cheerleaders a tumbling foundation and to help returning cheerleaders expand their skills.

As a Competitive Recreational Team, we cheer on the sidelines during the football game season, but also compete multiple times throughout the winter and spring. Once you register, your cheerleader will be placed on the appropriate team with experienced coaches, that will guide them through the season, and push them to be their best selves on and off the mat. Many of our coaches had or have children in the organization, have cheered along with us previously, and will go the extra mile to enhance and build your child’s love of cheer. 2024 Bellmawr Purple Eagles Football

The goal of BPE Football is to promote the game of football in an encouraging, safe, and fun environment.

The Purple Eagles are part of the WJYFL (West Jersey Youth Football League) which kicks off each season in September and continues through the playoffs into late November. Generally, most of teams begin practice in early August to prepare for the season. Practice days and time is set by each team's head coach and will vary team by team. Most teams will practice 3 or more days for 1.5 to 2.0 hours. Our league's games will mainly be held on Saturdays and the rare Sunday game. Depending on team sizes, certain teams will also have a secondary "JV" game schedule to increase play-time for all players, in which those games are normally played during the week. Teams will be made aware if they will have JV Games once the season is rolling and team sizes are established.

The regular season consists of 8 games. In most cases, teams will have 4 home games and 4 away games. There are two Divisions (North & South) with the top 4 teams in each division qualifying for the playoffs. Most teams in the WJYFL are just a short drive away taking only a few minutes. Occasionally, the farthest may be about an hour away.

If this is your first time with the Purple Eagles Organization, WELCOME!!! If you are a returning player, we want to inform you of changes we made this year. We have a new website that you just visited, hopefully you like it, as well as a new registration platform. With all of that comes the ability to communicate more directly within the entire organization, and each team through one platform. Also, it adds the ability to have registration all in one place, organized, and not reliant on a single person to organize and balance it all.

*** Previously in years past, a player would pay the "Registration Fee" at the time of registration. The season would start, then the parents were asked for another payment for a "Uniform Fee". And then, you were also asked to sell raffle tickets for our Philadelphia Eagles Season Ticket Fundraiser. Rather than going back to the well multiple times, we are adding it all together on one platform. ** EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT IS STILL SEPERATE AND WILL BE COMMUNICATED AT A LATER DATE ONCE ORGANIZED** We stuck with the same fees as last year with only a $5 increase, the only difference just a larger upfront bill. Because of this, we are offering a staggered payment plan. This will allow families to spread out the cost over a course of multiple payments. ALL registrations MUST be paid up by 7/24/2024 in order to guarantee the uniforms are delivered on time. This year we are offering personalized jerseys with the players last name on the back of the jersey so we need to order those in time for the season starting is early September.
